Refund Policy

At Vital Edge™, customer satisfaction is a priority. While we do not provide refunds for products that have been opened, unsealed, or are not in their original packaging, we do recognise that issues can sometimes occur.

Faulty or Defective Products

If you experience a fault or defect within the first 30 days of use, please contact our support team. After reviewing your case, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include issuing a refund or replacement.

  • Products that remain unopened and in their original packaging but are found to be faulty or broken are also eligible for a return and refund within 30 days of purchase.

Order Cancellations

If you change your mind after placing an order, you must email our support team within 2 hours of purchase. Orders cannot be cancelled once this time has passed, as our warehouse begins processing orders immediately.

Customs Inspections

In rare cases, customs inspections may result in seals being removed from products. In such circumstances, Vital Edge™ does not issue refunds, but we will provide a free replacement order within 0–1 business days, provided sufficient proof is submitted by the customer.

Free Replacement Policy

Free replacements are only available if the customer selected and purchased insured shipping at checkout.

  • If insured shipping is purchased: lost or damaged items are eligible for free replacement.

  • If insured shipping is not selected, we cannot provide free replacements for lost, damaged, or missing items.
